I added a general usage tab to the ribbon (replaced 2 commandbars from
XL2000). For some workbooks, I also add a unique tab to the ribbon for its
macros. I want to activate my general usage tab when I close the workbooks.
Is this possible? How?

Thanks,
Don

As far as I know, it is not possible to activate a ribbon tab using VBA.
