I have a Microsoft Digital Media Keyboard which has "My Favorites" capability
on upper part of the keyboard.. I would like to know how to use it.

Is it recommended to download the IntelliType Pro software for the keyboard?
Will this software provide full capability of the keyboard?

Yes, you need to install the proper drivers and software if you want all the
features the keyboard offers.
