BCM follows the Outlook Journal folder model of having each history item be
its own separate file with an identified subject line. As a former ACT user
myself I can't say whether it is better or not but it is different and it all
depends upon your preferences and how wed you are to them.
To answer your second question go to the tool bar on top and click on
Business Tools>Reports>Business Contacts>Business Contact History>Select the
Contact. This will generate a multi page report print out of everything you
have done that is linked to that contact. You can do this same thing for
individual Accounts and Opportunities.
