When I converted my ACT! Database, I can't find where my templates went?
Also, it did not convert my calendar - how do I fix that? Thanks!

P:

BCM won't do anything with your ACT templates (I'm assuming you mean
document templates). You'll need to modify those on your own, using the
Word merge codes instead of the ACT codes.

Your calendar activities should have converted -- you may not have checked
the right boxes during the conversion...

HTH,
Lon
