The US Post Office has some listings which seem to say you contact them for
acquiring the data. I don't know if there's a charge.

Hi -

Do a Google search on download zipcodes. You'll find a number of responses,
some free, some for a fee.

Last I looked, $500 for the five-digit Zip, $900 for the Zip+4. It's been a
while and the price may have changed - but I doubt it's gone down much.

I appreciate everyone's suggestion's. I tried a few on line downloads but
when I try to open I seem to be getting some security issue and can't open.
Coach , I will be away for a few days but I would appreciate your offer. I
dont know how to arrange it. I will check back when I return. Thank you so
much.

If you can't open the file after downloading, it, try moving it to the
folder where you normally keep your data. Then right-click the file (in My
Computer) and choose Properties. You may find there is a button there for
allowing you to handle the security if the file (not Access security.)

Ouch! And that's so we can help make their mail delivery more reliable and
less expensive for them...
