ACPI.sys error while installing windows 2003 enterprise erver

Hello:

I downloaded the trial version from micrososft website,
while starting the installation from CD and whne it get
to the acpi.sys I recieve and error that acpi.sys caused
an unexpected error. The pC I am testing this on is a
cpmpaq presario with 2.7GHZ and 512 RAM and 120GB HD.

Please help
