ACPI Bios not fully compliant

's Computer Specifications

I would like to install WXP with ACPI BIOS but they crash
in the beginning of the instalation , saying I've got a not ACPI
fully compliant bios - it's the mainboard QDI BrillianX 5 and I
was looking for i bios update but i couldn't find one . Could
somebody help me ?
