acf Program Information pages

The acf Program Information pages show programs that have been
*mentioned* in ACF.

One column notes which programs have been or are on the Pricelessware
List. A few programs that are particularly bad have a NR (not
recommended) note.

Then there are all the other programs. . .

I could note *recommended* programs. ISTM that might be helpful -
especially for apps that are not well known.

If you think that's a good idea post the programs you have used and wish
to recommend. Please use the *exact* program name that is shown on the
acf pages - close won't cut it. . . any order you please (alphabetical
not required).
