Our email funtion on Access after installing office ultimate 2007 doesn't
work anymore. I get a message that says run time error 2587. access can't
complete the output operation. It was working fine for a while then abruptly
stopped. The only thing we have added to the computer is Norton 360. I have
XP. Any ideas? Many thanks for any suggestions. I'm desperate.

Why would you suspect Outlook as the issue and not Access or Norton?
Norton integrates with Office and Outlook and is a known source to cause
issues like these. Uninstall it when all applications are closed and then
run the cleanup utility provided by Norton. See if it works now. After that,
reinstall Norton (or another anti-malware product) without the Office and
mail integration.

I'm also having issues with an access application running across citrix
which emails from the application. i'm having random occasions where I
receive an Error 2587 ... can't complete the output operation. Any ideas
what is causing this?
