PC Review

I'm looking at buying one of these for my room. Just wanted some oppinions on it. Was thinking of either getting the mid spec model or the highest spec one so yeah oppinions please?

Hi,

It really depends on what you are going to use it on. If it were me I would go for the High Spec one because vista requires at least 2GB of ram and the high spec one has 3 GB which would be enough and you can always upgrade it. If you were going to use it for gaming then you would need a better computer or even but a better GFX card and put it in and disable the on board one. But I would say that would be fine for internet browsing, e-mails word processing.

If you have about £400 to spend then google OCUK, once you are on the site click on the tab thats says;

Systems, then goto PC Builder, Click on Value, then Primo edge,

Have a play around all the parts are quality and you will be getting a better PC for the money.

Oh and Acer is generally a brand to stay away from.

All I use it for is Internet, Msn & music really and occasionally photoshop. I'll have a look at that other place to. Want something pretty quick with good graphics. I'd love something with a remote to so I can lie on my bed and flick through my music.

Instead of a remote, just get a wireless keyboard and mouse.
