If it matters, where are you located? Italy? Someone might know the
answer here, but I guess there might be some Italian-based
discussion groups that would be of more help. Maybe there is an Acer

know how to disassemble Acer Travelmate laptops, replace keyboard,

You could of course ask Acer for a replacement - and you can often buy
laptop keyboards on ebay and find video tutorials on how to remove and
install laptop keyboards on YouTube - especialy for Dell laptops.
