Accsess user fields in outlook via c#

Its possible to access some default fields in outlook via the
outlookreference Outlook 11.0 object library, but what if I want to
access some fields which I've done myself? It isnt possible via this
object library, right ? I mean it doesnt update or anyting like that ?
Dont have too much knowledge about these things ^^
