The PC's in our labs are shared by several technicians so
they use a shared NT account it's only on their desktop
PC's that they log on to their individual accounts. How
would you go about securing such a database? Don't create
individual user accounts?

The windows accounts have nothing to do with the accounts you can set up in
Access. In fact they can't be integrated.

You can still setup Access Security, and each user when they open the
database, will be prompted for a username/password.
