accounts are not getting configured in MS outlook in some machines

hi all,
i developed a small program to change the smtp server for the mail accounts
in MS outlook..
in most of the machines where MS outlook is running, it runs well, but in
some of the machines it is not working

what i do is, search the following registry key and i change the old smtp
server name to the new one..(where a key(eg:00000003) is created for each and
every account we create in MS outlook at the following registry key)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\OMI Account
Manager\Accounts\00000003

where '00000003' is a mail account name which i change the old smtp server
name to the new one..

but in some of the machines where MS outlook is installed this particular
registry key is not created when a mail account is created..(it does not
exists)

so what i want to know is where in the machine the information for these
mail accounts are stored???are they in an ini file as in Eudora???
