Dear All,

Two quick questions:

1. Is there a way for accounts listed in the accounts home view to
display with their category colour? It would be helpful to see each
account coloured with their appropriate category colour for quick
scanning and searching.

2. Is there a way to change fields which are displayed within the
business contacts list an account view. I would like to also display the
mobile/cell phone number for business contacts within the accounts page.

Regards,

Grant

Hi Grant,
I'm using the french version, but I think I get the idea.
Displaying data into the BCM list is quite chaotic and depends on "random"
behaviour:
- Listing "accounts" can be sized to your hand, when you can setup the way
Outlook(OL) will display the data in columns. Just right-clic on the field
bar at the top of the list, and select the last item in the menu (prob.
"personalize"). There you can specify which data are to be listed, in which
order, and use colours and categories to regroup if you wish.
The thing is OL WILL remember it, and keep on with your setup.

- Listing "contacts" can be arranged in the same way BUT IT WON'T REMEMBER
your choices, so everytime you switch to another view and get back to the
contact list, you'll get the OL setup, which is useless for me, except it
keeps on with colours and categories grouping.

Any time I have an idea to take over this problem, but none of them worked
up to now.
In case of, thanks to email me (E-Mail Removed)
best regards
Chris
