The determining factors are
1. Project scope (this should be fairly well defined if you are just going
to emulate Navision with a few enhancements/simplifications)
2. Quantity/Quality of resources. Including number of people on the team
and their skill levels.
3. Project risks and assumptions. Will your team or you be significantly
tasked with other projects etc.
I would say it would be damn near impossible even given that you can switch
to using webforms in .Net which is a huge boon.
The requirements assessment still has to be done so that you can map them to
unit testing.
Even with the discipline of working 120 days straight I don't think there's
any way you can do it by yourself.
