Hi All,

I have recently changed from Microsoft exchange server to POP3 Server. Since i have changed the server i am having probs sending the Email. The Email that i send are being delivered multiple number of times. This is happening only when i add some attachment. the message stays put in the outbox and then it keeps delivering them.

This is very frustrating as I am into sales and i Keep sending my mails to my customers. I ma using Bitdefender Internet security 2009.

Can someone please please help me in this issue

NOTE: 330 character line lengths is ridiculously long. That is way too
excessive. Actually it appears your newsreader is putting one sentence
all on one line which could easily exceed standards for NNTP. Configure
your newsreader to wrap lines at 76 characters, or less. Or tell the
operator of FudForum to fix their gateway to Usenet. Just because it
wraps when viewing inside a textbox control in a web page doesn't mean
it will appear properly in a newsreader, especially one that doesn't
allow horizontal scrolling (or doesn't wrap and the user has to keep
scrolling to the right while reading a sentence and then back left to
read the start of the next sentence). FudForum is long known to screw
up their posts gatewayed to Usenet (so they can pretend they have a
larger community then they actually have). The following was rewrapped
at a sensible line length.

How BIG are these e-mails that you are sending (multiple times)? Do
they exceed the maximum size per e-mail allowed by your e-mail
provider?

Did you try disabling the superfluous e-mail scanner in your antivirus
software?
