i have windows xp media the problem is that i cant switch accounts. i
try and log off but it doesnt take me to the account screen it takes
me to a screen that says sound shop and i have to put a password in
and it takes me straight back to my windows the problem being the
account is on guest so i cant install anything or change any settings.
when i try to use run as and put the administrator password none of
the passwords i have work so im stuck. please try and help me. thanks

I'm unclear what you mean by this "Sound Shop" screen where you put in a
password. What is Sound Shop? What password are you entering?

FYI, I'm not sure why you're using the Guest account. Is this system on a
network? Otherwise good practices are to disable the guest account.
