I have a broadband connection to Freeserve, and my mail account with them. My family also have their email accounts through mine. I have migrated the three accounts to Outlook 2002 and they work. The problem is that every time I click send/receive, an account box pops up with the acccount/password details in there and I have to click 'OK' for it to send/receive. Even if I select to save the password to my password list, the same thing happens next time. The strange thing is that I don't have to retype the password. That is already there, I just have to click ok. How can I get it to send/recieve without having these boxes pop up?

HI,

The problem you are experiencing is normally due to the Registry containing incorrect information for the Protected Storage System Provider registry subkey for your account.

For more information on , please refer to Knowledge Base article
