account outlook express disappear

Hello all!!!

I have a win2003 server with Terminal Server installed .. my users (80
users) access you mail accounts over Outlook Express (diferents profiles).
But in this last day ALL account disappear .. I don´t know what´s happen ..
and I needed configure all again .. but I have terror the situation happen
again ... Can you talk me what was happen??
