account lock up happens when user change his password and
"somthing" else is using his password on the network.
i explain :

if i change my password and there is a :
1.network drive
2.terminal server session.
3.scedual task.
4.locked computer (with alt+ctrl+del and lock option)

then my account will be locked every time the prosses
start (prosses = net drive , ts session , scedual task ,
locked computer).

try to find at your Domain Contoller security events
related to this problem (if i remember corectly 539)
