Someone is causing these accounts to be locked out. You would need to enable auditing
of logon events and then view the security log in Event Viewer to see when the failed
attempts occur and if they are interactive type 2 logon or network type 3 logon. It
is possible that these attempts are coming from the internet if you do not use a
firewall [XP has one built in], especially if you have file and print sharing enabled
on the network adapter connected to the internet. Go to a self scan site such as
http://scan.sygatetech.com/ and do a quick scan to see if any basic vulnerabilities
are found such as netbios ports or port 3389 tcp being open to the internet. ---
