The user accounts is set to lock after 3 unsuccessful logins, but seems

to lock if you get your password incorrect once while logging into
Outlook. All ok if you get it wrong once or twice when logging into
Windows, seems to be a problem with outlook connection.

Has anyone seen this?

The boys looking after the Outlook newsgroup might have seen this.
