I am making a change to my Account Lock Policy on our
Default DOmain Policy and when I make the change it
works. I go back to the server which is the PDC emulator
after a hour and the change have changed back to what they
were.... I have search all over Microsoft without any
luck has anyone seen this problem before.... Thanks

Yes! I am tying to change audit policy with the same results.
cahnge it and a little later it's back to the old settings
