Account Ledger Data base error help

I was downloading an Account Ledger data base template from MS Office site
but the Transaction Chart Subform is not opening but when I coppy the
template to the jumpDrive and pluged in to another computer and it works fine
..I think it is something wrong with the computer setting. please help.
