Hello, All,

Weird situation here. Two (2) Windows 2000 Servers (SP4) with Windows XP
SP2 workstations.

One particular user can log into his account fine, but when he tries to go
to his redirected "My Documents" folder, AD locks his account out on one of
the two W2K servers and asks for username and password for that redirection.

I have unlocked his account numerous times and have changes his password on
both DCs, forced replication between them, etc., etc., but the problem
resumes and I am at a loss to figure out precisely where the issue
originates. Event viewer tells me what I expected about account failures due
to bad password, but logic would indicate that if a bad password were
involved, he would not be able to log in whatsoever, yet the account only
locks out AFTER he successfully logs into his workstation.

Any ideas?
