I am accidently sending incomplete emails with some unknown keystroke or
combination of keystrokes. I can't recreate it to figure it out. Like to
know how this is happening.

The keyboard shortcut for "Send" is ALT+S.

I am also accidentally sending emails and it's driving me mad. These articles
show some "tricks" to work around it, which is good to know. However, I'm
wondering if it's possible to reassign or remove a keyboard shortcut (in my
case it's definitely ctrl-enter), just as you can do in Word? It would be
nice to be able to prevent the problem at the source. Thanks.
