I accidently deleted a group in my address book. Is there any way to
retrieve it? I've been searching for a way, but I don't seem to come up with
anything. Any ideas? Thanks.

Since Outlook doesn't have an address book, you'll have to be more detailed in
your description. Did you check your Deleted Items folder?

I use Microsoft Outlook for my email and it does have an address book. I did
check my Deleted items folder and it's not there and I also checked the
recycle bin on the desktop and it's not their either. Thanks.

No. The address book does not contain any data. It is simply a view of your
Contacts folder and should never be used to edit or manipulate your Contacts
data, or else you will lose that data, as you have demonstrated.
Moreover Outlook does not use groups. It uses Distribution Lists. If you
deleted that a DL and it no longer resides in your Deleted Items Folder,
then you will have to recreate it or restore it from the most recent backup
of your Outlook data.
