I accidently Deleted a distribution list from contacts
is it possible to recover this?

outlook 2007

drag it from the Deleted Items Folder to the Contacts Folder.

What about if I'm using office XP prof? It is not in my deleted folder.

if its not in the deleted folder, then its gone - but make sure you either
sort by items types or search for it by name.
