Sure. Just get retrieve them from your last data backup.
Also, reconfiguring Outlook never deletes your old data. It may cause
Outlook to start over with a new data file, but your old one will still be
on your hard drive unless you reformatted. Just search for Outlook data
files until you find it (*.pst -- Note: they are hidden files).
