Accidently added a folder to the recycle bin.

I accidentaly added a folder to my recycle bin and no knowing that it was there I emtied my recycle bin. I would like to know if any one knows how to recover this file. I lost about 2000 sub files when this happened.

Hi Neil,

I know there is software out there to recover deleted data (I think Symantec
has a product). There will be folks much smarter than I that will be along
shortly to help you.

In the meantime...

It is *very* important that you don't (i) install any programs or (ii)
defragment your hard drive before you get a chance to recover the deleted
data.
