I accidentally deleted all of the messages in my inbox using the SHIFT-Delete
keys. Is there any way to recover them?

Shift - Delete is a hard delete and bypasses the Deleted Items Folder which
is unfortunate. However, you can try the method detailed here if you're using
a PST:
