i accidentally deleted emails from inbox and sent box and have since actioned
other tasks, how do I get them back?

i got no solution responses from any body :-(

Are they in the deleted items folder? If you emptied the deleted items
folder, do you have a backup? If no back up, your chances of recovering them

If you are attached to a corporate Exchange server, you may be able to
recover the deleted items. If you're attached to an ISP's mail system, you
may be out of luck.

If you're connected to an Exchange server, click on the deleted items
folder. If they are not in there, then click the Tools menu and choose
Recover Deleted Items.

This will only work if the Exchange Admin has Deleted Item Recovery turned
on. Many do but many don't. Those that do can choose a varying amount of
time to allow you to recover, from 1 day to 28. What you should do if you
have an Exchange mailbox (usually used in businesses or universities), is
contact your Exchange Admin and ask if DIR is turned on and if it is, how
many days you have to recover something you've deleted.

Exchange makes it easy if everything is configured correctly. If you
don't see "Recover Deleted Items..." under Tools, then you could try
