I accidentally chose exchange server when setting up my account in Outlook -
I should've chosen POP3 instead. Now, when I open Outlook it tries to resolve
to an exchange server... it can't, obviously... but when I cancel, I get a
window that says my default folders can't open, and Outlook automatically
closes. All of the menus in Outlook are grayed out, so I can't really get in
to Outlook to change my settings... HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SETTINGS?

Control Panel->Mail Icon->Accounts. Remove the Exchange account and install
your POP3 or IMAP account.
