I somehow managed to delete all of my games and other
accessories e.g calculator etc. during disk clean-up. Is
there any way that i can restore them or is the deletion
permanent? Many thanks

go to add/remove programs, go to windows components and search throught
there and install it again. That should work.

Run Add/Remove programs from the Windows control panel, choose Windows
components then re-install the missing Accessories and Games...
