We are using Windows XP and Office 2003. We have three user accounts. All
three accounts have been listed as "administrator" accounts. When we try to
access Word in two of the accounts, the small Word 2003 screen appears and
then is replaced by the Windows Installer Screen. This screen is on for
about 10-15 seconds and then Word appears in the proper format. No other
problems occur. From time to time, when the Installer window appears there
is also another window that says there is a dialogue box open. But guess
what, I can't find it. The other Office products all open without a problem.
