accessing WIN2K local printer from WIN98

When attemptin to access a printer owned by WIN2K on LPT1
from a WIN98 PC I get this window. Within the window it
has the PC's host name \\WS1\IPC$ and then wants a
password. THe WIN98 PC log's on to a domain while the
WIN2K does not. I made them both look like a workgroup
and still get the message. Please advise on your thoughts.
