Well, it's not cookies, just tried it rejecting all. Offhand, I'd say that
Internet Explorer is merely commenting on your taste in music but you might
try dumping temp files.

Start Windows Explorer
Browse to your OS drive
Right click it
Click "Properties"
Click "Disk Cleanup"
Check what you want to dump.

That IP resolves to prolucid.com, a hosting service. It may be a
DNS registration issue or a problem with your ISP. You could
try using OpenDNS to be your resolver to see if that helps.

Domain Name System is the process for translating URL ( Universal
Resource Locator ) into their respective IP Address. Your ISP has it's
own DNS servers. OpenDNS is a service that provides an alternate
DNS service ( with filtering ). Instead of using the default DNS servers
of your ISP you substitute the OpenDNS servers. You do this by
overriding the Automatic DNS server setup of your NIC and adding
the two OpenDNS IP addresses as manual assignments.
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
It's normal to designate both a Primary and Secondary (Backup) DNS
server.

More information on OpenDNS found here:
http://opendns.com/
