Accessing virtual directory mapped to network share

I'm trying to access a virtual directory that I manually
added under my ASP.NET application directory that maps to
a network share. I created the V-Dir using the domain
account and password that the application runs under.
This may be trivial but I've having trouble making it work.

I'm wondering how I'm supposed to refer to the v-directory
(pismo) in code. I've tried:

Server.MapPath("pismo/billing/billing.mdb")

and

"pismo/billing/billing.mdb"

but they both fail.

Anyone have any ideas?
