We are trying to figure out a way to use a scanner connected to a PC when
using RDC. The RDC options allow me to use the following local resources:
disk drives, printers and serial ports, but I have a USB scanner as a local
resource that I need to connect to. Any suggestions on what I can try or
documentation?

I don't think that you can access USB scanners from RDC. A USB disk might
show up, I'm not sure.
