Hi I cant access my email account from my universities site. I could access
anything but not my email. It just does not do anything.
HELP

You really need to give us more information on this problem. How is it that
you think this has anything to do with Windows Vista security?

Access it with what, where is the email account, what OS, any errors? What
is the it, in "It just does not do anything.", and what does not do anything
mean? We can't see you're computer. You need to provide at least a modicum
of information.
