I am probably not in the right place to ask this
question, just maybe someone will have the answer.
I am suddenly having trouble with windows messenger. I
log on fine but am then sent an alert from windows
download securit updates, telling me "I cannot get or
recieve messages until I download an "updated" critical
security program for windows messenger." Well the day
before I had downloaded a Superpac that I am sure covered
that, but ok, I went to the site did the download, back
on messenger and there is the Alert again! I sign out and
the alert keeps popping up in my toolbar. Latley as we
all know... the 'Worm' and hackers, compromising our
internet, I am thankfull we are alerted but wow theres a
lot of space taken up by these numerous downloads!
Especially if we are doing some of them 2,3 times in
various updates! Anyway, I have spent hours trying to
find the history of windows security devices I have had
installed. There is such a location (lol). Does anyone
know where? Windows "Help&Support" had me so confused
clicking stuff! Hey, thank's for letting me blow off some
steam anyway. Diana****
