Accessing a PocketPC using C#

Im needing to access a PocketPC device via C#. Using Windows Vista
and a PocketPC 2002. I found out that if you disable the service
called Windows Mobile 2003, the device will still show up in My
Computer as a valid device. (Vista doesnt like 2002 PocketPCs). The
question I have though, is how to actually access this device in
code.
