I use Outlook 07 at the office, but will shortly be working from home, where
i have a new Visa Home Premium laptop with office 07 home and student. This
does not come with outlook, but instead Windows Mail. I will be accessing my
office network by a VPN connection and/or remote desktop, but have tried to
set up my email account to view in windows mail unsuccessfully even once
connected to the network. any ideas?

Contact your mail admin on which mail protocols you can use from home.
Windows Mail doesn't support Exchange connections.

Also, Windows Mail is not supported in this newsgroup. For that use
windows.vista.mail

Does your office have Outlook Web Access available for use?
