Hello:

As of a couple weeks ago, I can no longer access "Other User's Folders." I
go to Open and under "Selected Items" I can see "Other User's Folders" but
the text is gray and does not highlight when I put the cursor over it.

I can see a mailbox that I added and previously had access to underneath,
however the text is also in gray and does not highlight when I go to click on
it. I cannot access either "Other User's Folder" in order to add any
additional mailboxes or to get to the one I previously could.

IT confirmed that I have permissions to access the mailbox I used to be able
to open.

Thank you,
Rebecca

Is Outlook running in Offline Mode? (For Outlook 2003, look in the bottom
right hand corner of the Outlook window. If it says "Offline" in the status
bar, then the option is grayed out.)
