I am not very knowledgable of FrontPage but am doing this research at the
request of my clients (I currently have 2 of them with this issue -- one
using FP 2002, the other using FP 2003).

The issue is that their hosting environments have recently been upgraded
(same hosting company, new package). As such, they now have new IDs and
passwords. The problem is that these new IDs and passwords are not being
recognized. Apparently, FP is trying to access the old host environment.

Do they need to delete the old web and create a new one? From other posts
I've seen here, it sounds like there are additional files on their machines
they may have to delete mannually.

I would really appreciate some help with this. Thanks in advance for your
time and consideration.

They should be able to use File Menu | Open Web / Site and enter the new info.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:
http://support.microsoft.com
If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.
