I had trouble with my computer register and
reintalled Windows XP and all of my software with system
restore discs. Everything worked fine but I cannot
access Netscape and my Netscape Mail. Any suggestion
will be appreciated.

Contact Netscape for support with their software, or contact the makers of
your computer for support with their restore disk. Microsoft can't support
third-parites applications such as netscape. try using Internet Explorer.
