hi,
i have a problem whit my internet connection i think. whenever i log onto a
site for which i have a password, like the internal e-mail of my university
or discussion groups on a university site i manage to log in but whenever i
click anything it logs me out again. could anyone tell me why and what i need
to do to be able to access these websites?

Hi,

Try clearing Temporary Internet Files. Open Internet Explorer, click
tools/options, and on the general tab click the button to "delete files".
Then close and reopen Internet Explorer.
