When I boot up the computer, I have no problem accesing
the internet (worldnet.att.net). If I logoff and
disconnect to perform some other tasks, I am unable to
reconnect to the internet. The message I get says the
line is busy. I called att and was finally told that my
problem was with my modem driver (Cnet K56 5.0.0.2)
which I was installed last year when I updated to XP. It
is dted 7/1/2001. Is this the problem? If so, where can
I download an updated driver. If this not the case, what
other suggestions do you have. Thank you for your help.
