Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me to access the internet history
of my kids user accounts from my (administrator) account?

Open up my computer, on the top navigation bar choose Tools->Folder options
and then click on the View tab. Put a check next to where it says "Show
hidden files and folders." Click apply and then okay. Then from your C
drive, navigate to documents and settings, click on the user account that you
want to view the history for, double-click the folder labeled "Local
Settings" then double click the folder labeled "history" and that has all the
history files saved.

If he or she is cleaning his cookies and deleting the internet log, I don't
think you will be able to monitor the web traffic.
